Understanding Arabica vs. Robusta, coffee harvesting methods, bean moisture, green bean evaluation, and flavor extraction science.

Module 02

Commercial Espresso Machine Anatomy & Grinder Calibration

Key Focus: Dual-boiler group heads, pressure profiles & burr adjustment

Daily grinder dial-in, micrometric grind size correction, dosing precision, level tamping, and routine machine hygiene.

Module 03

Espresso Extraction & Beverage Standards

Key Focus: Golden ratio extraction: Espresso, Americano, Cortado, Flat White

Tasting over-extraction vs. under-extraction, crema density analysis, temperature stability, and international recipe standards.

Milk Texturing & Professional Latte Art

Key Focus: Glossy microfoam, pitcher ergonomics & free-pour designs

Mastering the steam wand whirlpool, temperature control (60–65°C), and free-pour patterns: Heart, Tulip, Rosetta, and Inverted pours.

We are conveniently located directly at Balaju Chowk, Kathmandu, adjacent to the Ncell Center. Our central Chowk location has direct microbus and city bus connections from all across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.

How much are the course fees and how do I apply?

We operate cohorts Sunday through Friday from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Shifts include Morning (7–9 AM, 9–11 AM), Afternoon (1–3 PM), and Evening (4–6 PM), making it easy to balance with college or work schedules.

Will the certificate help me find a job abroad?
